At Angel's Divine Pet Styles, I am proud to be a licensed and insured professional groomer committed to providing a safe, clean, and stress-free grooming experience. The health, safety, and well-being of every pet, client, and family member is my highest priority. To maintain a calm, one-on-one grooming environment, the following policies apply to all appointments. 

VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS

All pets must be current on the following vaccinations before their grooming appointment :

• Rabies
• Bordetella
• DHLPP (Distemper Combination Vaccine)

 Unless a written statement from your vet states your pet is exempt.

Proof of current vaccinations must be provided and kept on file prior to your pet's appointment. Pets that are not current on required vaccinations cannot be groomed. 

HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

For the safety of all pets, sick, contagious, or injured animals will not be accepted for grooming. If your pet becomes ill before their appointment, please contact me to reschedule.

BEHAVIOR & BITE HISTORY 

Clients are required to disclose any known bite history, aggressive behavior, or handling concerns before the appointment. Honest communication allows me to safely plan your pet's grooming and helps protect your pet, the groomer, and everyone involved.

FLEA & TICK POLICY

All pets must be maintained on a flea and tick prevention. Pets found with fleas or ticks, or showing evidence of an active infestation, will not be groomed and the appointment canceled or rescheduled after treatment has been provided.  I DO NOT OFFER FLEA DIPS OF ANY KIND. 

FOR ONE-ON-ONE GROOMING 

Your pet receives individualized, one-on-one attention. To keep appointments running on schedule and provide every pet with the time and care they deserve, punctuality is essential.

• Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Do not arrive early, as another pet may still be receiving services. 
• A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After 10 minutes, your appointment will need to be rescheduled if there is not enough time to safely complete the groom before the next appointment arrives. 
• Once you are notified that your pet is ready, pickup is required within 20 minutes to ensure I can stay on Schedule for the next appointment. 

HOME-BASED SALON

Angel's Divine Pet Styles is a licensed, insured, home-based grooming salon offering private, one-on-one appointments. While every precaution is taken to keep client pets separate from the household, children and resident pets are present on the property. For everyone's safety, all pets must remain leashed or securely contained while entering and leaving the property. 

These policies are in place to protect every pet in my care, my family, and myself while providing a safe, calm, and professional grooming experience. Thank you for your understanding, cooperation, and trust.
